Sex Selection abroad

Sex selection is commonly known as Gender selection. It a way to achieve the preferred sex by controlling the sex of your offspring. In humans, chromosomes come in 23 pairs in each cell i.e 46 in total. Two of them are called sex chromosomes X and Y. Every female has two X chromosomes and each male has one X and one Y. The female gives her X chromosome to the child and then it depends on the father, If he gives the X chromosome it will be a girl, if it’s Y then it results in a boy. Firstly, the egg and sperm are extracted from the couples then the male sperm is utilized to fertilize the eggs of the female counterpart in the lab and it is followed by many other processes. Some couples do it to avoid the transfer of genetic disorder while some do for family balancing. It is legal in some countries.
