In past 2 decades, Liver transplant has shown important advances. The surgery is successfully performed in many centers in Turkey.<\/p><p><strong>First Liver transplant surgery<\/strong> was successfully performed in 1988 by Haberal et al . As of now, there are <strong>45 liver transplant centers in turkey<\/strong>.
