Always use sunscreen lotion before going out in sun.<\/p><p>\u00d8\u00a0\u00a0Conduct \u2018 Self Assessment \u2018 on regular basis. Try to assess your tongue, lips, gums in the mirror in the proper light. Lookup for ulcers not healing even after 14 days. Feel any lump in the throat.
