Idan a taƙaice zan iya gaya wa masu sauraron na cewa akwai 5'S yakamata su guji don a lafiya koda. 

Na farko S shine Sugar-Sugar don ciwon sukari

Na biyu S shine Gishiri- Yawan gishiri zai haifar da hawan jini. 

Na uku S shine shan taba- Babu shan sigari, shan taba yana da muni sosai ga koda da zuciya. 

Hudu na S shine Damuwa-Idan kun damu sosai da catechol ɗin mu, hormones ɗin mu yana ƙaruwa cikin jini, kuma suna haifar karfin jini da lalacewar zuciya da koda. 

Kuma na biyar na S shine salon zama, idan muka jagoranci salon zama muna samun haihuwa don zama mai kiba, yawan sukari, hawan jini, kuma mun zama masu kasala kuma lafiyar jikin mu ta ragu, tsokar jikin mu ta ragu. 

Kuma akwai wasu S guda biyu kuma ina tunanin su ruhohin da ke shaye -shaye, ba yawa daga cikinsu, na iya zama kaɗan a cikin matsakaici yana da kyau, amma ɗayan yana yawan shan giya sannan zai sami matsala. 

Kuma S na ƙarshe a duniyar yau shine rashin bacci, idan ba ku bacci isasshen bincike ya nuna cewa za a sami babbar dama koda da kuma cututtukan zuciya
